Litwicki Media developed several stand-alone content management systems for Hendon Publishing. The Police Vehicle Design Contest is a dynamic image driven contest for Hendon Publishing's Police Fleet magazine. Straight from their contest description:

LAW and ORDER started the Vehicle Graphics Design Contest over 20 years ago in an attempt to pass on the very best in graphics used around the country. The "Guidelines for Police Patrol Vehicle Markings" is the next logical step forward in emergency vehicle identity and professionalism.

Scattered throughout Hendon Publishing are several dynamic web applications built ad hoc by Litwicki Media. Using .NET 2.0 and integrated database design on top of an established database design.
